FIRM DESCRIPTION Bruno Kearney Architects is an Architectural firm providing comprehensive services in building design, zoning, planning, interior design, renovations, historic and exterior restoration and preservation. The firm's diversified work includes commercial, residential, educational, recreational, industrial and institutional commissions. Projects range in scale from small interior interventions to full tenant interior completions and gut renovations to new building construction. Our staff of six professional architects and designers has the structure, diversity and experience to take on complex projects of various scope and scale. Project team assignments are maintained through all phases of work to insure clear, responsible client and architect co-ordination. Bruno Kearney Architects utilizes a team approach to facilitate the integration of design, technical and economic expertise into the management of the planning and design of each project. We work with and coordinate the efforts of a wide-ranging and experienced team of structural, mechanical (MEP) and specialty-engineering consultants. We maintain a mutual familiarity of strengths and process with a select group of consultants through repeated work. Cost control and scheduling are regarded as essential design tools. To that end, we have implemented a system of monitoring and review throughout the project, with strict adherence to a predetermined budget and time frame.
