Sub List Policies

The Chapter 41 Sub List is forming. If you'd like to be included on this list, please contact any member of our Leadership Team.

Purpose

The Sub List was created to help Members maintain the weekly integrity of the meetings by facilitating willing and competent substitutes. It is intended to be a "supplementary" support for a members own contacts.

Policies

All subs serve at the discretion of the Executive Directors
A Sub must be invited to a meeting
A Sub may only visit a particular chapter once a month for the same sitting member

Etiquette

Substitutes will be held to the same standard as members and are expected to abide by the following:

Arrive by 6:00 PM and stay until 7:30 PM
Come with a prepared commercial for the member
Only give your own commercial if there is no competing member in our chapter
